MAGA said the “Medicaid for undocumented” is on page 57 of the proposal. It referenced the OBBB (public law 119-21). OBBB was trying to change the eligibility under IRS code 1903(v). Go look…it’s ER aid. The GOP is trying to remove the ER aid, the Dems are trying to preserve it. That’s it.
