Some places I have visited recently have multiple low-res displays stuck together to create the illusion of a singular high-res display.
Kind of reminds me of early-2010s JVC 4K cameras, where the 4K was recorded onto four separate cards by capturing the four corners of the sensor in 1080p.

It’s quite fascinating yet depressing to see Francis Ford Coppola, one of the main figures in the New Hollywood movement and one the brainchildren of the Godfather trilogy, reduced by the younger crowd down to being “the Megalopolis guy.”

Given that Brazil is considered to be a “developing country,” I do wonder what is going to happen to users there who use Twitter.
Will they use a VPN to access it? Will they migrate to another SNS? If it’s the latter, what SNS will they go to? (I hope it’s Bluesky but I doubt it’s a guarantee)

Welp, my old iPod touch is now officially bricked. It will not boot up past the Apple logo.
I actually had this problem for the last 6 months. I periodically booted it up to drain battery completely in hopes to reset boot up loop. And yet, I’m still getting the same results.

I don’t think it’s possible to grow out of allergies, but how I have managed to survive this long without any problems is a mystery to me.

I’ve reached a point where I don’t really care about holidays unless it pertains to days off of work/school to the point where I kind of forget when they actually take place. So when I remembered that Earth Day was tomorrow instead of a month prior, I was quite surprised.

Knowing I did not have the focal distance to take a good photo of the eclipse by itself, I borrowed someone’s eclipse glasses, shoved my phone’s camera to it, and shot away

I mean, I know that. But I’ve always been quite resistant and picky when it comes to not only what I want in my feeds but also what other people can see what I like.
I’ve been lurking other people’s feeds. Happy that’s now changing!
