I think we have to accept this is a squad rebuild job. Our early season results (not necessarily performances) gave us some hope that root and branch wasn't required. It clearly is. We have to focus on who is worth keeping and try to build around them. Jimmy's going to have to be ruthless.

It's all very well playing two really wide players, but if we're going to be completely outnumbered in central areas we'll be dominated. Also, it's fine wanting to get the ball up the pitch quick and early but often the pass isn't really on, and we just concede possession time after time.
