The last few chapters of The Body Electric explain the intricacies of the law in this area. Radiation won, but pulsed plasma is the better choice. Unfortunately for me, the Canadian government will not allow for medical claims to be made utilizing pulsed plasma technology.

The backlash is worse than anything you can imagine. All research in this area is underground for a reason. There’s over 50 years in the underground in this area. Mainstream: nothing. If you try to go mainstream with it they will try to kill you or discredit you. Robert Becker has a chapter on this

There’s powers that be that say otherwise. I agree with you, but with this area of science considered no more than witchcraft by the mainstream scientific establishment, it’s an uphill battle that can’t be won without minimal 30k USD. Not attainable for most people.
