You could also start at the search icon. They feature trends in the news and suggest people to follow. Or just search for people you’re interested in to see if they’re on the platform.

It’s similar to twitter but not run by fascists. I started by searching for people you’d normally follow in the media and putting them into lists. I have a list of artists / designers. Journalists I trust, etc. hope that helps!
