8/15/25, power cycling class at Lifetime Fitness. Second week in a row. Getting back into the cycling. Nice heart rate recovery between training blocks and after the workout.

Cross training. First cycling workout in a long time. Quads really felt this. I think I’ve made a mistake by not cycling regularly. Will be back next week.

Plan was for intervals @12km/hr (5:00/km) but like a dummy, I pushed harder. Redlined, couldn’t do the cooldown but finished the intervals.
