Three observations from Wes Streeting’s health inequalities speech in Blackpool that I went to this morning 🧵
Good to see Red Book says spending review will be "mission led", not just business as usual approach via depts.
Also says that it will be "tech enabled" & "reform driven".
Would be even better if bit on what "reform driven" means for health talked about the x-govt bit, not just the NHS Plan
