Such a weird choice for a VS Mode interface in that game

I actually rented it again, lost my nerve before getting to the final fight, and then switched to Tekken 3, and then bought a used copy, finally beat it, and then didn’t play or buy it again till 2008

I think Silent Hill was the closest thing. I managed to beat the demo, and make it far
as the alternate school in the full game, but on one rental I got to that bathroom that “traps” you on another floor. I brought the game back in for Street Fighter Alpha 3

A Boo Basket sounds like that chest in Hook that the Captain had his disloyal henchman put in.
