Since citizens end up paying for these tariffs via higher prices in their consumer spending, it's effectively a fancy tax grab to try to pay off your USA deficit. Higher taxes from the supposedly Conservative political party. No?

Pretty sane perspective.

Pretty sure that theorists in the study of the puzzle of self-consciousness have incorporated the awareness of the body into their theories, particularly how consciousness develops.

That is indeed a criminal waste. But as a massage therapist myself, I wonder what insights from both his medical and massage therapy careers he could shared with other massage therapists about what we do!

Good video. The only thing I'd change is the word "client" to "patient". But very useful for all. 👍

Just on an anecdotal level, half-marathoning for almost 10 years probably didn't hurt me, but in my mid 50's, deep explosive squats and jumping from those squats in HIIT probably did in my menisci. Especially following an instructor who got me to point my feet the wrong way for my actual structure.

Btw, am a big fan of Wing Chun, and Asian weapons based arts. IMHO it's all based on how well you train and condition yourself, and pressure test your art.

Just a realization that no martial art remains State Of The Art on a world stage, at least in terms of demonstrated combat or competition. All the old arts had their time for that, and probably current popular ones will be replaced in terms of what is thought best.

This has always happened throughout history, with each generation making solutions to their current problems. Context, people, context. You weren't there hundreds of years ago, and how to handle what they were up against.

And you don't know what your current art now is lacking for the future.

No information. Just flagged in my brain as non-science by noticing enough credible articles denouncing the subject. Hitchen's Razor? 😬

I thought leaky gut syndrome was a pseudoscience concept?
