I've been looking at Spain because they offer a retirement visa (50 and over) or something like a landlord visa. I have two homes I would rent out for my income. Not sure if it will be enough but it might be in CR.

This is why the argument that Schumer acted correctly, in hopes the federal courts will stop Trump, is invalid. Fed courts aren't designed to handle constant chaos and appeals.
