It always sucks, realizing you were the only one putting in effort to keep a friendship alive. You put in so much to be friends with someone, then notice they put in so little in return. It starts to feel like they never wanted you around in the first place.

I appreciate the support for the art, genuinely, but sometimes I feel like a coward.
It's easier to say "Golly, things sure are bad right now." than to actually get off my ass and do something about the current state of things.
