Not just landlords, ever since businesses like Airbnb popped up it's gotten so much worse, there are so many houses that should be vacant and ready to be sold that are instead being used for commercial purposes, over boating that "false scarcity" to the point that it's almost impossible afford home.

I left Texas just a little over 3 years ago, and after living there almost all of my life I've come to learn Things are much better in other states. I don't miss it at all.
