Expected but still very upsetting. I should have known better than to let myself get excited for an opportunity I knew would be taken away.
Oscillating between fear and outrage and sadness and anger and worry and all of the emotions is exhausting, and they're exhausting us like this on purpose.

Had the privilege to present on the methods and methodologies I used in my dissertation at the Southern Association for the History of Medicine and Science conference last weekend with two exceptional friends and colleagues!

Still never correct but it's progress over their last attempt!
