Antonio Banderas as El Mariachi (plus his two fellow band mates) in Desperado. It's right before a big fight scene, where we find out their instrument cases are actually machine guns and a rocket launcher. The song played during the scene is pretty f-ing awesome.

It's the (rather dysfunctional) band from Almost Famous, during the scene where they just had a big fight, but found their way back via the power of singing "Tiny Dancer" together.
