I hate “Do they know it’s Christmas?” Like more than is reasonable. I know it’s well meaning and all that but it just sounds pretentious. I’d rather nails on a chalkboard for an hour than listen to that song.

Yeah, nothing bothers me worse than seeing something like Amfleets/Superliners in a movie set during the early rainbow era.

There’s been a lot of shit there lately. If it weren’t for the model railroading groups and my wife’s stuff I’d have dumped it.

I’m just getting into doing proper kitchen stuff, and I want to make bread but I use that for rising my pizza dough a lot. (and I leave the oven completely off for that.)

Another idea is boiling water, setting it in the oven with your dough and closing the oven door. (Water covered or not) Not sure if that’s the best option.
