Happy election day, everyone, but specifically NYC. Please enjoy this unhinged flyer I picked up off the ground in Staten Island two weeks ago.

As of today, I have officially finished my first walk around all 100+ miles of Philadelphia’s border.

That’s me and JJ, Walk Around Philadelphia visionary, at the top of the Washington Ave pier stairs.

Happy Walk Around Philadelphia season to all who celebrate!

Happy first day of school! Super proud to have published an op-ed on the Trump administration's war on science as part of the Philly Inquirer's "You Can't Teach That" series (with @mattz.bsky.social). You can read it here:

Some excellent Dunkin themed suggestions, this is my favorite.

Having the row of icons at the bottom is a bold choice but I think does represent MA's innovative future.

Look, really, who can argue with that?

The most relatable person in the whole Oceangate saga is "wife plane ticket" copilot.

I'm legitimately just confused. There's one defendant (the doctor), but there are sections of this complaint that refer to "the defendants" and talk about joint and several liability for abortion pill distributors and manufacturers.

Wow, someone wants me to do CLE for them! How flattering!

Only one problem—to my knowledge, I've never spoken at a webinar called "The Legal Ambiguity of Emojis."

Kagan's dissent in Paxton really nails it. Honestly, I would suggest reading it first.

Preparing the slides for my talk on data privacy is going great, why do you ask?

Tip 3: Default disappearing messages. You can and should set a default disappearing timer for new chats. This is under Settings/Privacy.

You can change individual chats to remove the timer or make it shorter, but it reduces the amount of info you're keeping to have a default set.
