Yes and: Meister Eckart said " if your only prayer was thank you, it would be enough". I wondered- how can that be? Because when I say thank you, I'm acknowledging I'm not alone (otherwise who am I thanking?) and in that moment the split mind that believes its alone and separate is healed.
