That would be jetbrains mono I think. Comes with all jetbrains tools. Or you can get the nerd font to install it into your pc.

Good news, normally unions will come to c# in the next version.

I also wrote that code nearly 3 years ago and have been submitting it since then. I'd do some things differently now.

I wanted to show how you could do null checks in a #csharp way. I thought that for c# devs directly converting to an option could be strange and confusing.

Like I mentioned: improve in small steps.

I also spotted another bug while giving the talk. It came from me experimenting with different things to highlight and I forgot to remove something from my screenshots.
