“Loving Yourself First” Might Be Easier
I found outsourcing my self-worth to be pretty hit and miss.

If you experience s€x more at the level of somatic sensation than presentation…

If you relinquish control and let your body's natural response take the lead, rather than trying get it to do what you think it should…

I haven’t taught a bonafide ѕεχ class in five or six years.

And I’ve 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 taught this one. Until now.

It’s about going over the edge together.

Not technique. Not tricks. Just how deeply two people can be connected and in sync... and what becomes possible when they do.

DM me for details.

Q: "Wait—you became a successful relationship coach when you were single yourself?"

A: Let's just say, spending over a decade as a full-time sex coach will teach you a hellova lot about relationship dynamics. How couples relate in the bedroom interconnects with every facet of the relationship.

There are basically two paths to bringing your vision for your relationship to reality, without compromising:

I don't think the question is whether your relationship requires you to change or not.

When I hear the phrase, “I have commitment issues,” I believe that the translation really is “I have decision-making issues.”

The Gottman Institute identified "four horsemen" signaling that a relationship is in trouble: criticism, contempt, defensiveness, and stonewalling.

So what should you be doing instead?

- People tend to feel about me the way I feel about myself.
- There’s no such thing as the “friend zone.”
- Dating and relationships are different skillsets.
- Other men are not a factor in whether a woman likes me.

Entitlement plays out in one of two ways:

1. I am awesome and the rest of you all suck, so I deserve special treatment.

2. I suck and the rest of you all are awesome, so I deserve special treatment.

The biggest lie in the Mansophere has to be the idea that 80% of women are attracted to 20% of men. I'm five foot ZERO. I've never been wealthy, athletic, charming, or outgoing. Other men have never, ever been the reason I was single and lonely or happily married/in a relationship.

Over the last few years I've had a number of conversations with men who argue for a return to traditional gender roles.
Here's how that conversation has been going.

Doechii won Best Rap Album at the Grammys. The only race I cared about last night and I hoped she'd win. Well-deserved.

Then today Tana easily took the top spot on ProductHunt, leaving ChatGPT Deep Research in the dust. Also well-deserved.

Who else uses Tana, or listens to Doechii… or maybe both?
