If they really came to Congress to make change and improve the lives of everyday people the best thing they could do is to say NO to voting for Trump’s crap and then they will find out what real power they have.

Congress still has the power of the purse and to declare war BUT ONLY IF THEY CHOOSE TO USE IT. This Republican Congress won’t. We need a Congress that will do its job and hold the executive branch accountable.

There obviously is more to the story if no new evidence surfaced that pointed to this individual and why he wasn’t previously identified.

That’s what the market wants for sure - cars from the 1970s getting 10 mpg and belching pollution freely. And while we are at it let’s get rid of seatbelts and airbags while approving self driving semi trucks on the highways. Brilliant moves.

Hopefully when Congress interviews the Admiral who should know something about ocean travel if it is possible that the boats they are sinking could reach the US shores directly. We have no idea if they were carrying drugs or where they were going.

There is no war so claiming fog of war for murdering noncombatants is nothing more than first class BS. All involved need to be held accountable. We will know they knew this was murder when Trump issues a sweeping pardon for all involved - and signs it by auto pen.

Wow with a $ trillion Defense budget to think we need to fear two individuals that have been blown up and were clinging to the debris of their boat as an imminent threat is beyond alternative facts to simple fantasy. They murdered these people. It’s as simple as that.

The test now for our government is whether Congress steps up to hold those responsible for these murders at sea to account. And if they fail it is then up to voters to replace them.
