Good morning! Today, I'll make bread dough from scratch, roll it out and stuff it with this filling I made yesterday. Once it's in the oven, I'll prep the brisket for smoking tomorrow morning. Yes, I am the keeper of our Christmas meals this week. More photos to follow.
