Americans oppose rebranding the Department of Defense as "Department of War" 54-22, with 36% strongly opposed.

And that's not in ignorance. Asked if this change narrows the Pentagon's focus, a plurality says yes. But asked if that'll make Americans safer, a majority says no.

Well they're maybe not looking at the big picture, and think it's a joint resolution.

People keep looking for heroes so they don't have to stop what they're doing and participate. This legislation is positioned as the next hero that will somehow take down POS POTUS finally.
