trauma? Because society denigrates psychological & emotional wounds, but values physical wounds. The reasoning is the unseen wounds are abusively seen as a "choice." If you are cut you bleed. It's not a personal failing.

Thank you for letting me know! I'm not surprised they don't have anything planned. They talked about renting out a venue, but they never did. I'll be curious to see what happens this year and next with the FBBC.

I'm sorry you were put through that. Even though those people were not directly talking to you or about you, you were still put through it and it not only was a negative experience, but caused you to lose trust.

The painful thing was with an actor. But the fandom stuff has been so much nastiness online. The same people that appear kind at cons are actually clicky or nasty. I have put great effort into remove myself from the fandom. I'm sorry you had bad things happen. Do you mind if I ask what happened?
