Getting our December makerspace prepped… it’s a Gift Making & Wrapping station!
I tried it for the first time last year & it was a big hit so I’m trying it again this year. It will be a fun thing for kids to come back to after thanksgiving break!

I’ve had these foster kittens for like 3 months (the shelter is backlogged due to low adoption volume the last month, so I haven’t been able to take them back in yet)
How am I supposed to give them up after having them this long? 😩

Uh oh, for the last year Ive said “if Pandora snuggles any of the foster kittens we’ll know that’s the one to keep”
This is dangerously close to a snuggle & this is not the kitten I wanted to keep bcuz she is too smart & still a smidge feral. She’s gonna give us a run for our money if we keep her 😂

I’m so excited to have gotten an ARC of Soman Chainani’s upcoming YA book, Young World.
It sounds like a book that my high school students are going to love, & which will be very easy for me to booktalk (bcuz it sounds so good!)
