DND can be time expensive for the DM and requires everyone involved to be able to attend. Plus the learning curve in the beginning can be rough.

I know there’s a vyvanse shortage. I asked the pharmacy to see if they had it in stock. They said yes and it would be ready yesterday. I went to pick it up and it’s not ready.
The pharmacy can’t do anything about it because the safe is already closed for the night.
