Nope not at all! Charizard is a "base" Pokémon from release and has been ruling the meta lately. With balance patches, there's always going to be switch ups in what is good & what isn't. Some of the newer Pokémon for example, Tinkaton, isn't doing all that great in ranked & competitive.

This issue was found & currently being fixed. If you or anyone you know had their account penalised because of this, it is recommended to create a support ticket to have it reverted.
