Very few will pay 50% of their income for their health insur premiums. They simply won't have health insurance. People will die. People won't be able to afford their cancer treatments, insulin, or other lifesaving care. This, from the country that is supposed to be the wealthiest on the planet.

Talk about train wrecks. Nothing good will come out of a 50 year mortgage. The current average age of 1st time homeownership is 40 yrs old. So, that mortgage will be paid off at age 90? Most homeowners will get foreclosed on when they are early in retirement and on SS. Bonanza for the banks!
