Interesting graphic. Precipitable water levels have been rising over the years due to a warming climate. This is atmospheric science 101. A warmer climate will increase the amount of water vapor available. We will see increased flooding and more potential energy to create stronger storms.

Wrapping up SX. This year felt weird. Not nearly as many people or events going on compared to the peak in 2014. Of course after the tragedy 11 years ago…some measures had to be taken. I still had a blast, but it seems the city is trying to do a reset on 6th street and red river.
