My friend who is severely dyslexic uses text-to-speech all the time on his computer. He is a software engineer so it's probably the most simplest thing in the world for him. It's not fantastic. It still does different words but it could be a way for you to not get so frustrated

I'm so sorry. People forget that Christmas can do so hard on others. I think it's made worse by the fact that we should always be with our loved ones at Christmas, but you have such a huge part of your loved ones are missing huge hugs dude
