I heard about the shooting first from the Guardian and we LIVE in Dane County. I messaged my partner, mom, and dad about it after.

I will say, because the shooter died by suicide, and the Madison Police didn’t need to shoot, it isn’t as “dramatic.” And corporate media needs drama. 🙄
