Am I the only woman who opens the dishwasher after their son or husband is thoughtful enough to put their dishes in the dishwasher after a meal and instead of thanking them think to myself "How in the hell is it suppose to get clean facing THAT way?!" Surely I'm not alone in this. Fingers crossed.

In all the crazy of this country, I treated us to a comfort meal tonight. Fried cod in panko , home made cole slaw with local honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon and cayenne. Best hush puppies I've ever made and even some oven baked fries. Trump WILL NOT BREAK MY SPIRIT.

I watched "A Time To Kill" last night. I read the book years ago but came across the movie. Samuel L Jackson,Matthew McConaughey, Ashley Judd, Sandra Bullock, Donald Southerland. It's a gut punch movie for sure. But the last line in his closing remarks to the jury sent chills up my spine.

I'd rather watch paint dry than listen to his voice and see his greasy orange face. He's abominable.
