Yes! Needed to hear this. I remember the day I realized that everything I put in my ‘dream board’ , I received and achieved . Then several traumas that flipped my world upside down, resulted in loosing it all. It’s been five years of sinking bad. Now I’m ready to fight again and take control!

Been working with a pain coach out of another state and I’m learning to use my brain power to either distract from the pain or to change how I react to the pain. I get so excited on the days it works. Also seems my vibration plate could be playing a role in pain relief too

I make baskets, then sculpt, then go on a wood carving binge etc etc. people who tell me I can’t stick to one thing, hey it’s a compliment I’m well rounded

Agreed. I am getting another I fusion at the end of the month. The effects don’t last long for me though.

Interesting. Wondering if BCBS pays for it? I got the spinal cord stim put in in September and it quadrupled my CRPS pain . I can’t win. Doing ket next month and hoping it helps . Thank you!

I hear ya. I would so take off if I could! I’ve been telling peeps I’ll sleep in a cardboard box on their lawn hahaha

I’m so ready to get back to it after an injury that’s messed me up for five years . Hope I’m not tooooo old now lol
