The plan is to incarcerate as many people as possible at the lowest cost possible for as long as they can so they can make as much as they can from the money we pay in taxes.

So incredibly ignorant. Nazi Germany used the U.S. and Jim Crow as a barometer for what they could get away with. The U.S. is literally ground zero.
