Most difficult shot in the White Lotus season finale for me was Rick’s blissful face in death. Almost religious ecstasy. But Chelsea is in the water next to him, face down (no face).

Calling the final end of White Lotus. Nothing comes from
nothing and Belinda signing out for 5 million with a smile? Mike White made his (all too accurate) point.

White lotus thoughts:

Episode 7 contrasted the (US) Americans and the Russians vs. the individual and spiritual growth.

Americans are there for sex and drugs, and the Russians for theft. Both use violence in the pursuit of their goals.

Gaitok, who won’t get promoted, is the truth.
