I went to Dealey Plaza JFK Museum today, it covers the events around his assassination. It happened 62 yrs ago today. The contrast between JFKs words & current orange 🤡 is stark. DJT is attempting to eradicate every single bit of the Kennedy legacy. I need to hope this era is temporary.

This is who the GOP is harming. Poor seniors who worked hard, but low paying jobs all their lives. Gutting Medicaid means more homeless people, unpaid medical care costs working people more in higher hospital bills, it’s a bad awful plan the GOP is delivering.

Scott Galloway, points out the top 10% of Americans are driving 50% of consumer spending and drive a 1/3 of GDP. They also lean heavily Dem versus GOP. He argues they can stop oligarchy by tying their spending and investing away from project 2025 initiatives.

Fed immigration agents broke into a US citizen apt while he was at work, without any warrants, all of his belongings were taken, he has no recourse.

My husband and I were in Portland, OR for a weekend recently. We wandered Portland and Powell Books, visited Cannon Beach & a Dahlia Fest. We had a great time in a friendly charming city. It’s a little weird, but not a hellhole.

PE of 30 for stocks. Not seen since the Dot Com era. Not seen since pre Frank Dodd laws. All Federal financial guide rails are being removed for naked Kelptocrats,an overt ‘pay to play’ era. It’s a weird thing that we are in a new century of The Roaring Twenties, which we all know what came next.

The most interesting part of this survey is that Gen Z women that voted for Trump are more similar to their Dem counterparts than Gen Z male voters for DJT. Gen Z women haven’t drunk the koolaid on being Trad Wives as portrayed in media.

GOP loves to reprise bad history. I guess that’s why they are intent on whitewashing it. US Mortgage rates are set by worldwide traders & US Corporate run banks, Trump’s ham handed policies won’t be bringing 30yr rates down for long.
