Hi Bluesky friends, I’m asking for big big prayers, and good thoughts, to go out to this guy. My husband Dennis has stage 4 squamous cell cancer, and is having surgery tomorrow. We are traveling to ABQ today, and then we kick cancers ass. I’ve known him since I was 18, and he’s the best. 🙏🏻❤️

I’m so lucky to live in a place filled with natural beauty. It helps in times of confusion, sadness, anxiety, etc. It helps keep perspective that we live in a big, beautiful world that needs our kindness. Love will always be greater than hate.

I got a new haircut a few days ago (bangs! So gray!), and I saw myself in a mirror wearing reading glasses. I couldn’t *not* see myself, and think this really wasn’t the look I was going for… (party on, Garth) 😬🫤🎸

Our sweet rescue dog Pearl being a very patient patient. The kiddo is one of my grandsons, and one of the reasons I resist tyranny, and fight for basic human rights. I want this little boy to grow up to be decent, kind, and loving.

My plans for Saturday. A gentleman was distributing these in the parking lot of my grocery store. This is how we do it. We peacefully protest. We let our leaders know we aren’t happy about what they’re doing. We do this in every corner of the country.

In these dark times we need to be that light. Any time I feel overwhelmed with stress, I remember to reach out to friends to see how they are, and give positive reinforcement. We’ve all got each other ❤️🙏🏻

Santa brought me a bad cold and cough, yay! Saved by family that pitched in with Christmas dinner, and a nice little snow throughout the day. Mucinex ultra-ultra-supreme-whatever-it-takes, and hot tea, and back in bed at 7:30 pm. It’s A Wonderful Life ❤️🎄🤧
