👻 15 min warm up walk
🌸 5 mile run 8:00-8:20 pace
👻 core circuit: reverse crunches, in and outs, knee up crunches, plank (repeat each exercise for 30 seconds each for 10 minutes total without rest)
👻 finished up with some mobility/a 10 min cool down walk
