Tanking can work, but it doesn’t always work. Look at Hinkie-era Sixers. There are other approaches that work too. The 1 factor most important IMO is luck. Makar to COL luck, not Nolan Patrick to PHI luck. Hopefully we’ll look back & say how lucky it was Michkov & Martone fell to 7 & 6.

I agree. I’m not on X because it is cesspool, but it’s so tiresome listening to flyers podcasts episodes when they spend the majority of the showtime addressing counter arguments to the radical vocal minority POV vs creating content for the silent majority.
