45 people including Chiefs and Matriarchs were arrested. Half were sent to prison for 2-3 months. The others avoided jail time by surrendering all of their dancing masks, regalia and other cultural items used in potlatches. 750 items were taken, ending up in museum collections...

It is! Thanks, Greg! 😍 He also hasn't been back to England since we left in 2017 so we plan to stop off there on the way to reconnect him with family and friends. It's going to be great and well needed!
