Nothing special to recommend for a small 4-5 cup (reality is 1-2 cups) drip coffee maker. They all seem to last up to 3-5 years or so and poop out. But for $20-25 each, it's not too terribly inconvenient to get a new one.

My Abigail will dig thru her toy box, discarding all other stuffies, until she finally finds her Lamp Chop. I can bury it at the bottom, and she will not give up until it's found!
