You are not alone in that multiple headfuckedness. Which is poor consolation, I know. ❤️‍🩹

Maybe nerivio users can confirm if they got desensitized/accustomed to the sensations of that too?

My neurologist office had a Cefaly they let me come in and try, before I invested in it - maybe yours does too?

I’ve gotten used to it over time, so it feels less intense now even at the highest setting than it did the first time. It usually doesn’t stop or prevent a migraine on its own, for me, but it does usually interrupt the worst of the pain when I have it on, which is a relief. Enough time for meds etc.

I haven’t tried nerivio, so I don’t have a helpful comparison there. I’ve been using Cefaly for a few years though so I can describe my experience with that, if it’s helpful. To me Cefaly feels more tingly and buzzy, than painful, as long as the electrode is not falling off. 1/

To be fair, SO MANY things remind me of this, this month

But re: the last bit, you’re right, it could be worse. A friend shared a pic of a cyber truck he saw with garbage bags on it, cause someone probably mistook it for a dumpster. 😂

You’re not alone. I honestly think the only reason my chronic migraine isn’t flaring (yet) is because I’ve been too depressed to actually do anything for 2 days. It’s just lying in wait, I’m sure, until I try impersonating a functional person again. Chronic illness sucks. Seen and acknowledged.
