I can imagine. It's been really hard. The regulars have been nothing but amazing and supportive. Many in tears. Many words of encouragement. Definitely not easy to get through the week. I love my job, my coworkers are family and now I dread going. So many emotions

My dad always said "If Peavey Mart doesn't have it, we don't need it". Now I work there 😢

Over the past few months, there has been no stock. No winter gloves, no shovels, no ice melt, no dog food, no cat food etc. The upper management, mismanaged. Just my opinion.

I'm not too worried about finding employment for myself. One of my coworkers is 2 years from retirement. My heart is absolutely crushed. Peavey never paid well, and most are just barely able to make it.

I think deep down, we already knew. I'm going down with the ship. Sad, is an understatement. There will be a huge void in this area.

Peavey Mart is closing

My sister and brother-in-law moved out to our family farm to help our parents. They are learning. We will not give it up.
