I have been a huge Instacart user for 6+ years, but I think I'm finally done. The service has consistently gotten worse while fees get higher. No reminder about the charge for my yearly membership and now refusing a refund or change to a monthly subscription. Terrible customer service.

I've always loved a plain hot coffee with cream in the morning, but lately I've been drinking iced espresso in a protein shake and its sooooo good that now I have coffee paralysis every morning trying to decide which to go with.
