Cuba can’t afford to help everyone. That anyone goes there is a drain on their already impoverished nation. Send them relief, but don’t impoverish them further .

The doctors don’t even have matching shoes. Not sure how stellar the healthcare is but i know some people who’ve gone bc it’s free. Almost every person in Cuba I befriended reached out to me to help them. Including the doctor with mismatched shoes. Countries should mostly look after their own imho.
