NOTE - Let's be very clear here, eugenics has historically resulted in those practicing it doing whatever is considered "necessary" to improve the populations' genetic composition. Everything from forced sterilisation to killing people with undesirable attributes.

After all one of the aims of TT's presidency appears to be to emulate a certain German dictator and practice eugenics on a large scale. And what better way to get the ball rolling than to have your Secretary of Health and Human Services sprouting disproved rubbish as gospel to your cult followers.

A study that in part is looking at copy number variants in genomes, the technical term for those DNA changes, and autism.
Some of these changes are hereditary, and passed down through families. Others are what's called "de novo", literally meaning "for the first time", and occur spontaneously.

My knowledge is based firmly in fact because I know that people are born autistic because of changes in their DNA that happen during foetal development. How do I know this? I know because our family has been part of a world wide genetic study for over 12 years now.
