Creole style shrimp gumbo with a roux that took an hour to make but it made all the difference. It was Creole style because it had tomatoes in it, Cajun style gumbo does not have tomatoes. I also always put file powder in my gumbo. Had it with a side of rice and asparagus and a nice glass of wine.

Went by to clean Michael’s grave today. I can only image what he would say if he were here now.

Went to see psychic medium Cindy Kaza last night. She truly is one of the best mediums I have ever encountered. She gave me a message from my Dad and then said “ Why do I hear Star Trek in regards to another spirit with him?” On my husband Michael’s marker I put “A loving husband …and a Trekkie.”
