this the only scenario in which I can say that I'm glad that I'm unemployed!

the past few days have kinda been a blur of on & off sleep. haven't really been able to do much because of the fatigue.
reached out to others and apparently the 2-3 week mark is usually when others also experience sleeping problems, so I suppose it's normal.

I have definitely developed some sort of insomnia. it seems like no matter how exhausted I am, my brain and body just refuses to relax and sleep.
I got some sleep aid medicine that hopefully will help. If I cant sleep tonight, I think I may have to visit the doctors tomorrow

my back has gotten so stiff and sore that when I finally start to drift to sleep, I am abruptly woken up because I'm getting back spasms.

it's been really really tough...I can count the hours of sleep I've gotten in the past 4 days on 1 hand

something I didn't even consider before was all the weird side effects of recovery that effected other parts of the body.

I havent been able to sleep much at all, because my back is FUCKED from not being allowed to sleep on my side/front.

surgeon told me that APPARENTLY, I'm healing very well, and actually farther along than most at week 1.

which is crazy to hear because I feel like this past week has been a nightmare...but yay ❤️

got the staples out this morning and I FEEL SO FREE!!!!

alright, I woke up with waaaay more energy and appetite!

BUUUUT, I can now feel every stitch and it feels sooooo tight and uncomfortable 😭

counting down the hours until I get them taken out!!
