I had virtually none of the ingredients she used; this is the “dregs of my crisper” version, which includes an onion, some kind of sad leeks (meant for St. David’s day but forgot as usual), and a bit of chopped fennel. I’ll do the parm at the end, and probably serve with salmon.

If you don’t already use probiotics it’s worth a try; I was skeptical but I got a probiotic tea locally and drank a bit every day for a few weeks. It leveled out my immune responses remarkably well.
