I tried this deck twice in Gold conquest. Got stomped by a Scream deck, and then the second try, I went up against a Loki tech deck. 9 rounds against the Loki tech deck 🫠

I had a really good, but intense physical therapy session yesterday, with a new physical therapist I had never met before (I have an appointment tomorrow with the person who initially evaluated me).

I felt like she may have pushed me too hard 🤷🏻‍♂️

The one thing I didn't like though was I mentioned that I was taking the GLP-1 for weight loss, but also for the food noise of my eating disorder. And the physical therapist started asking specific questions about my eating disorder, and how much food I would eat in a day, and what kind of food I would eat, and it started getting inappropriate. 😵‍💫 And then she even asked how much I weighed before taking the medication too 🫠 She also asked if my entire family was overweight too 🙃 Leslie said she seemed grossly fascinated by someone who's fat, and that it was okay for her to ask those questions 🫨

A game I've been playing a lot of over the past two weeks has been Escape From Duckov.

I love this game so much 🤣 It is a great introduction to the looter shooter and extraction games.

It's much easier and much more lenient than Escape From Tarkov.

Also, you can wear a box like Solid Snake 😂😂😂

One thing I really need to start doing more is honoring my emotions and giving myself grace when I make a mistake, assuming something that may end up being wrong, or whatever.

I'm too hard on myself, and beat myself up, and just have so many negative thoughts for when I mess up 😔
