Found this gem today for a streamlined approach to agent execution plans!

Basically it's like a local issues tracker, but which makes it easy for an agent to work on tasks in the right order, updating tasks with new information etc.

#Proton finally released spreadsheets to their drive!
The mobile version is unfortunately still unusable since it's impossible to pan around, but great to see progress and yet another thing that can be moved away from my google account.

Internal documentation should be really easy to update and fast to query.

This is why document in git repos using #obsidianmd style links which can be used directly in the IDE with LSP support by oxide.md in order to not be locked in to one tool.

Plain text makes AI integration a breeze.

It's time again for a restart.

A restart of my public presence, even if I've decided to mostly focus on actual meetings with people and to explore opportunities.
Maybe also do a talk or two in 2026. Let's see where it goes!

With zed coming to Linux, I had to try it out.
Was fairly quick to setup many of my neovim bindings and could do a lot out of the box.

However, I quickly started missing the customization possibilities - mini.nvim & co for example.

Advent has started, which requires some classic Swedish Glögg & Lussekatter!

I think I'll prioritize this over Advent of Code for today... 😅

Did my 3rd company-internal stream with my client today. Has been a couple of devs joining in every time, but most check the stream afterwards.

Think this is a great time-effective way to share know-how and enhance engagement. Rubber-ducking and showing how we build our IDP and our philosophy.

Being on a platform team can be really rewarding! Especially when you have a vision and the means to make it happen.

It's not only about the tech, but also to convey the reasoning and use - to get engagement and build a community.

By #GitOps ing #Kargo , teams get complete CI/CD out of the box and get regular infra updates which they can roll out! 🤩

I spent my sunday afternoon coaching my football team (11 yo girls). I felt frustrated, proud and happy!

And damn... this must be the best training for being a better mentor at work! You learn:

- patience...
